Process of Areca Plates
The areca palm tree naturally drops its old leaves, thus making room for new ones. For centuries, these leaves have been used as plates.
A variety of palm leaves naturally fall from large farms and are washed, dried, and sun-dried before being collected.
In this process, the sheaths are cleaned and dried completely, then heated molds are used to form them into bowls or plates. No chemicals, dyes, or glues are used in the process.
Later these areca palm leaves are dried in sun to get different shapes.
After completing these processes, we can start to begin heat pressing and edge trimming according to various sizes and shapes.
Now, these areca palm products are ready for an order for birthday parties, outdoor and indoor parties, boat parties, and picnics. In hotels, fast food joints, coffee shops, and restaurants these bowls are used to serve a variety of food items as they provide a very attractive appearance to the entire arrangement.
After use, the areca palm products can be easily disposed of and back to Earth as a Manure
